The Ashcroft two-story playhouse has an upstairs platform complete with ladder and safety rail, three Perspex glazed windows with shutters and Perspex glazed diamond in 565 x 1525mm door with decorative handle, piano style continuous hinge and magnetic catch. The roof has a 300mm overhang with shaped front facia boards.
Price includes 20kg green mineral roofing felt and fixing kit.
