18ft 5in wide Pent Roof Double Ultimate Concrete Garages - Area 1 Large Pent Roof Double Garage

The Ultimate range of garages has been designed to give maintenance free service, with superb white powder coated up and over doors(s), 4ft wide double glazed fixed PVCu window, white headboard, side fascia boards, guttering and down pipe all in the finest quality, maintenance free PVCu. The front aspect is finished with genuine brick (Red Wire cut) pillars either side of the front up and over door. A steel personal door is also included. All Pent roof garages have corrugated ultra-steel sheets with a new anti-condensation, no noise coated steel roof sheet on purpose made welded steel trusses. All Apex roof garages have corrugated cement fibre roofing sheets. The roof pitch of all the Ultimate Apex garages is 12.5 degrees, to accommodate the attractive ridge tiles, this is a lower pitch than the standard range of garages & gives a less pointed appearance. The walls are concrete panels, machine vibrated and re-enforced with steel mats to give maximum strength. The exterior finish is hard wearing and maintenance free Canterbury Spa Stone. All panel joints are sealed with natural colour mastic.

One free fixed window PVCu Double Glazed 4ft wide and 2ft 6in deep is supplied with each single garage and two free fixed windows are supplied with each double garage if required, more windows can be supplied and fitted as optional extras, or can be upgraded to opening windows
