Cheeky Charlie Tabletop Ovens are made of solid steel & weight 120KG are very easy to light & being so heavy & superbly insulated by design retain heat like nothing else, and can be set just like your oven at home to anywhere between 100-400 Degrees Centigrade and hold that temperature for hours - unattended. Charcoal or wood fired this is not a Barbecue ! Yes you can grill over an open flame if you wish, but the Charlie Oven cooks primarily from the heat retained & radiated from the thermal mass of the heavy steel construction, gently caressing your food from every angle - just like an AGA or heavy Range Cooker which is why people who love to cook, love Charlie Ovens.
