These St George benches perfectly embody everything that is incorporated into the designs – ultimate comfort, classic styles and a quality finish. They’re very similar to the benches in the Broadfield range, only with much thicker timber, for those who prefer a sturdier, chunkier style. They all have a curved and elegantly slatted back, which fit to the shape of your body for ultimate comfort. Alexander Rose pioneered the curved back design when they first started up and it’s now a common design feature in best-selling garden furniture around the globe.

Here is a classic, traditional bench spanning 5ft in length – perfect for two to three people. It has a square frame, with slightly rounded arms and a curved, slatted back. The quality of the Roble wood from which it’s made is excellent – and comparable in durability to that of teak. Not only is the quality of the wood exceptionally high, it’s also sustainable too, with the FSC stamp of approval.
