Delivery

Please see individial product details for current delivery times and delivery costs. Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 7am and 5pm. A failed delivery will automatically be attempted on the next working day, any further attempts will incur additional charges. If nobody is available to receive and sign for the delivery it can be left in a safe location or with a neighbour, please specify details in the special instructions field. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. We will not be liable to you if a 'non-signature' service is requested, or written instructions are given to leave goods in a 'safe' location, and the goods are subsequently lost or damaged.

If you are a Premier Shopper you can sign-in using the login section at the top of the page and check your order's status. This will notify you if an item is out of stock or when it has been delivered.

Cancellations & Refunds

At Birstall Garden and Leisure we want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your online purchase you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund of the product's value (exlcuding any delivery charges). Goods must be in the same condition as when despatched.

We will refund any postage costs if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order, or the goods are faulty. Any refunds will be made within 2 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Christmas Returns

Returns for Christmas gifts, footwear & clothing: EXTENDED until Jan 31st

To make a return please send the item(s) together with the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for the return. Please wrap all items securely in original packaging and send to the address below:
