It’s that time of year again and the nights are drawing in, the sky is darker and it’s definitely getting colder. With winter approaching and Christmas lurking round the corner, now is when you should start considering a new pair of quality boots, for yourself or the perfect gift. So, we bring you Le Chameau.

Manufactured from natural and man made materials, Le Chameau have been producing quality footwear in France since 1927. Constructed using original methods, Le Chameau are the only rubber boot to be handcrafted by a dedicated master bootmaker. Each boot therefore is slightly unique, and it takes years of practice to become a master of the craft.

If you are new to the brand, don’t worry – we are here to help. There are many options from styles and designs, to linings and colours. Very well known to celebrities and royalty, they are very popular boots – Kate Middleton and the Beckhams love a good pair of Chameau wellies.

Le Chameau 2021

Last season, we saw the new Iris boot fly off the shelves as the orders rolled in. A very good starter boot for everyday wear. They offer 6 different colours of the Iris, and in 2022 they are bringing out a half length version, similar to the Giverny Bottilon. This year, the Vierzonord neoprene lined boot once again has been the most popular purchase. The forever favourite, and one of the most warmest pairs of boots.

Le Chameau also brought us their brand new range of Dog accessories, which we now have stock of. Dogs beds, bowls and leads all branded with Le Chameau colours and logos, perfect to match your pooch with your boots.

Le Chameau is loved by many and is great for numerous purposes. Dog walking, shooting, fishing or just simply good old country fashion. The new Country Cross range has taken over the beloved Country Vibram, which is a range that has now been retired. Offered in both jersey or neoprene lining, these are going to be a great all rounder boot.

Le Chameau Size Guide

The aftercare of Le Chameau is important to ensure your boots last many years. Keep them supple with the boot spray, and try to use the boot jack to remove them after a muddy walk. Le Chameau boots all come with a 2 year guarantee from the date or purchase. In the unfortunate event there are any, issues, their warranty team are excellent and we can help you as much as possible.

The warranty covers the product for manufacturing faults and defects subject to reasonable wear and tear and does not cover misuse of the product (including deterioration of colour through UV exposure, heat, chemicals and general waste). If you do have any issue with your boots that you have purchased from us, then please get in contact with us via email. Please enclose photographs of your boots and a copy of your receipt / order details, a description of the fault and your contact details. We will then get in touch to guide you through the warranty process.

Online Purchasing & Returns Policy

If you have tried the boots and they do not fit, we can exchange these for you. If you require another size, please return the boots to us at your own cost with a courier of your choice, enclosing a note with your order details and the size you need us to send to you. Please do not put Sellotape on the Le Chameau box. If you want to return for a full refund, you can do so within 21 days of your purchase. The boots must be unworn and in a sellable condition for your refund to be issued.
