My Basket £Weber Spirit Premium – SP320 Stainless Gas Barbecue With Side Burner
Decided to clean up my Weber Gas Barbecue for the Spring. I use it for nearly everything during the spring and summer, hardly ever using my oven, but I’m not such a hardy soul as some people who use their BBQ throughout the winter months. So I chose a warm sunny morning and gave it a clean and polish with proper Weber stainless steel cleaning products and it was as good as new. Unfortunately when supper time arrived the cupboard was practically bare, but I was determined to barbecue that evening, so inspired I cooked egg and bacon on the Weber griddle and warmed up some baked beans on the side burner. Then whilst we were tucking into that I cooked some bananas in a small Weber tinfoil tray. Dead easy, just covered fruit in a little lemon juice, brown sugar and a dash of brandy and left on cook indirectly. Served with a scoop of ice cream. Perfect.
